Role Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, manage key accounts, and drive market growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to help us expand our craft beer experience into new territories, introducing high-quality products to a wider audience while ensuring excellent sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Negotiate contracts with off-trade retailers.
• Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key off-trade and on-trade accounts, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Set performance goals and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Market Expansion:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Sales Operations and Reporting:
- Ensure efficient sales operations, including order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
• Independent and Proactive:
Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving sales strategies and performance.
• Cultural Sensitivity:
Experience working with team members and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds (multicultural, multinational).
• Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years in a Sales Leader role, with a preference for candidates from the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector, especially Food & Beverage.
• Communication Skills:
Fluency in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent communication skills to work effectively across diverse markets.
• Willingness to Challenge Yourself:
