- Provide consultation on the necessary procedures & their implementation order, necessary official documents & templates, in order for enterprise to form its Labor Union.
- Assist tenant with organizing the Introduction Ceremony of Labor Union (community event, shared with other tenants).
- Provide consultation for enterprise's Executive Committee of Labor Union on how to prepare of Operating Regulations, Funding & Expenditure Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement - in accordance with the law.

- KIZUNA is only responsible for advising on the necessary procedures & their implementation order, related official documents & templates, and is not responsible for reviewing application prepared by tenant.
- Tenant is responsible to fill out the application & apply to the competent authority.
