2/ Purpose: To support tenants to report of Labor hygiene and safety for enteprises for report to authorities based on the law if tenants can not do by themselves.3/ Service detail: Tenants must hand in the Company’s report of Labor hygiene and safety for the authorities based on the law
Kizuna will make report based on the result of enterprise’s work environment audit

2/ Purpose: To save time of tenants to make necessary documents for authorities.3/ Service detail:
Investors release Hazardous wastes are obligatory to make Hazardous wastes managing report based on regulations
Kizuna will make report, procedures consult and hand in the authorities instead of tenants (if the investors release Hazardous wastes).

2/ Purpose: To save time of tenants to make necessary documents for authorities

Register Waste resource owner if the investors release Hazardous wastes
KZN will support to make necessary documents and hand in the authorities for registration instead of tenants.

2/ Purpose: To save time and efforts of tenants to make environmental reports based on the environmental management regulation
3/ Service detail: According to Environment management regulation, the investors are obligatory to make the periodic Report of Environment Monitoring (twice a year)
This service helps the tenants to report environmental information to the authorities. This is responsibility of the tenants to do twice every year

2/ Purpose: To save time of tenants for these documentation before starting operation if tenants can not do by themselves.
3/ Service detail: Compose the Environment Protection Plan, submit Environment Protection Plan for approval
Tenants have to make, apply and register the Environment Protection Plan describing the factors affecting the local environment before starting operation.
Tenants only carry out this procedure once at the time of starting operation. If tenants change the address of company or do not start operation within 24 months since the approval of the Environment Protection Plan, tenants need to do this procedure again.
KZN can advise, make necessary documents and handout to LAEZA for approval instead of tenants
