Master Plan of Kizuna Rental Serviced Factory
First established in 21st August, 2012, KIZUNA Rental Serviced Factory located the very first project called KIZUNA 1 at Lot K, TanKim Industrial Park, Can Giuoc, Long An Province, just 700m next door to Ho Chi Minh City border.
With the launching of KIZUNA 1 Rental Serviced Factory, KIZUNA had marked its name in the history of industrial real estate market by becoming ‘The pioneer of Rental Serviced Factory in Vietnam’.
Based on the experience of over 35 years working the field, KIZUNA’s founder – Chairman Doan Hong Dung understood and well-recognized all the troubles, the difficulties, the concerns as well as the barriers that a foreign investor, especially a SME must endure as investing in Vietnam. Motivated by the heart of helping people, Chairman Doan Hong Dung got all the courage and established KIZUNA Rental Serviced Factory with all the SMEs and foreign investors in mind.
Starting by investing in KIZUNA 1 with 29.000 m2 workshop area in the middle of 58.000 m2 land, KIZUNA 1 Rental Serviced Factory was designed with 30 workshops at first but ended up with 32 workshops due to the high demands of the investors. All the workshops here were built based on the high standard and quality that can satisfy any difficult Japanese customers. Even though KIZUNA 1 Rental Serviced Factory supplied customers with most of the necessary services within KIZUNA’s capabilities at that time, but it was never easy at first. It took KIZUNA 1 almost 3 years to fill all 32 workshops, but eventually, KIZUNA has successful in building a strong basis for its brand name. The various nationalities of investors in KIZUNA 1 proved that foreign investors started to have faith in the name of KIZUNA.
Believe in its self-capabilities and power, in Jun 2015, KIZUNA landed its second project named KIZUNA 2 Rental Serviced Factory, located not so far from KIZUNA 1 with 42.000 m2 workshop area in the middle of 60.000 m2 land. The first phase of KIZUNA 2 was built with 46 workshops on 29.300 m2 land. KIZUNA 2 first breaking ground was Jun 2015 and the first delivery was taken in November 2015. Just within 6 months since its first sales, there were 41 workshops approximate to 27.300 m2 out of the market and taken by 27 investors from 10 countries.
Blooming with success, KIZUNA already set its mind to build its brand much stronger and reliable targeting the SMEs and foreign investors who wish to land an investment in Vietnam with less risks and more effectiveness. KIZUNA specified the core values of its brand would focus on four factors which are effectiveness, cooperation, commitment and customers. With this speed of growth, there would be hardly anything could stop KIZUNA from dominating the market targeting the SMEs with its famous chain of KIZUNA Rental Serviced Factory.
