LONG AN DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ORGANISES THE NATIONAL QUALITY AWARD TRAINING COURSE AT KIZUNA

On April 27-28, Long An Provincial Department of Science and Technology (DPT) in cooperation with the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality (of the Ministry of Science and Technology) organized a training course on the National Quality Award.

Within the framework of the course, Organizing Committee arranged for Enterprises to visit Kizuna JV Corporation - a typical enterprise of Long An province that has successfully applied the Malcom Madrid Performance Excellent Framework, winning the Gold Award of the National Quality Award, the Best Award of the Asia Pacific Quality Award.

Participating in the course, there are nearly 60 students representing a number of departments and enterprises in the province.

Stating at the opening of the training course, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Long An Province - Vo Buu Viet Cuong said that the National Quality Award is not only a form of honoring and rewarding at the national level. Through the criteria, the National Quality Award is also a self-assessment tool, helping enterprises towards excellence in production - business - service activities by approaching quality according to a system of core values.
