5S and ISO 9001:2015 Training for HnN Viet Nam Company (Revo Coffee)
Following the success of the 5S training session for Tri-Wall Vina Pack Co., Ltd, Long An Branch, on July 19, Kizuna held a 5S and ISO 9001:2015 training session for HnN Viet Nam Company (Revo Coffee brand). The training session was conducted by Kizuna’s Quality Management and 5S expert and took place in a cheerful and open atmosphere at Revo Coffee office in District 7.
Understanding the importance of 5S and quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 standard in the management of production activities and to provide the best services to customers, all employees of HnN Viet Nam Company were very interested in the knowledge that they were going to obtain. Throughout the session, the staff members listened intently not to miss out any useful information and made many interesting questions regarding how to apply 5S theory and ISO 9001:2015 standard into actual business operation. As a newly established enterprise, HnN Viet Nam Company has planned to develop the ISO 9001: 2015 in order to build a perfect management model and satisfy its customers’ needs and expectations.
After the training session, the employees of HnN Viet Nam Company expressed their interest and pleasure in what they had learned. Ms. Mai Ngoc Phuong Ngoc – Sales Director of HnN Viet Nam Company said: “The contents of the 5S and ISO 9001:2015 training program delivered by Kizuna were very interesting and useful. Everyone was happy to have valuable knowledge that could be applied to the daily work of each individual. Additionally, this was an opportunity for the management of the company to develop and standardize the corporate culture.”
The training session at HnN Viet Nam Company is a part of the series of 5S training program for local enterprises organized by Kizuna. In the future, Kizuna will assist HnN Viet Nam Company to develop the effective management model such as applying Kaizen-5S, ISO 9001, etc. Kizuna wishes to continue supporting the investors to help them improve the working environment, bringing effectiveness to the production process. 5S is a management approach aimed at improving the working environment, a program of permanent activity in a manufacturing enterprise or in an administrative unit. 5S refers to five Japanese terms including Seiri (Sort), Seiton (Set in order), Seiso (Shine), Seiketsu (Standardize), and Shitsuke (Sustain).
ISO 9001:2015 is issued by the International Organization for Standardization and is being used in over 1 million organizations around the world. ISO 9001 enables organizations to demonstrate to their customers the ability to provide quality and stable services and products. ISO 9001:2015 is the latest version that has been officially launched and applied since September 15, 2015 (replacing ISO 9001:2008) with breakthrough changes to enhance customer satisfaction of organizations and is the basis for sustainable development and success.
