Support tenant with carrying out the necessary procedures to apply & obtain the Social Insurance, Healthcare Insurance, Unemployment Insurance (S.H.U.I) code for their enterprise, in accordance with the law.- Support tenant with performing online S.H.U.I report (via iBHXH paid online application)
After recruitment, it is compulsory for enterprise to carry out necessary procedures to register & obtain the Social Insurance, Healthcare Insurance, Unemployment Insurance (S.H.U.I) code for their enterprise (similar to Enterprise Tax code) to be able to pay compulsory S.H.U.I according to the law.
This is compulsory procedures.
KIZUNA’s scope of work:
- Prepare application to obtain the S.H.U.I code for tenant’s enterprise.
- Submit application to the competent authority and get the results.
- Assist tenant to purchase iBHXH online service – online platform for S.H.U.I report (tenant is responsible for any actual cost related to purchasing the software and tokens)
- Instruct tenant on how to perform S.H.U.I report via iBHXH. KIZUNA will carry out the first online S.H.U.I report.

Before starting manufacturing operation, enterprise must has its EIA setup & approved.
KIZUNA’s scope of work:
- Provide consultation regarding the procedures related to the EIA.
- Prepare the application & necessary documents
- Submit the application to the competent authorities on behalf of tenant & get the official approvals.
Remark(s):
- This is a one-time process for each investment project and must be done before starting manufacturing operation.
- Once the EIA is approved, if tenant changes the address or fails to start their manufacturing operation within 24 months, re-registration of EIA is needed.

Manufacturing enterprise with hazardous waste is obligated to register for the Hazardous Waste Source Owner

- Submit the application to the competent authorities on behalf of tenant & get the official approvals.
Remark(s):
- This is a one-time process and must be done at the start of operation.
- After this initial registration, tenant is responsible for submitting the Annual Hazardous Waste Management Report for the following years.

According to Vietnam Laws on Environment, the Project Owner is responsible for preparing and sending annual reports on environmental protection to competent authorities. Frequency follows the commitment in EIA, ECC, ER.
