If ready-built workshops, technical infrastructure, utility facilities of the industrial park are considered as “hardware”, the shared utilities, ecosystem, and supporting services are “software” of KIZUNA. KIZUNA’s comprehensive support service ecosystem includes 7 customer support service groups in legality, administration, human resource, accounting, environment, maintenance, information provision. This helps KIZUNA always accompany enterprises from the time of studying production investment in Vietnam to implementing the installation of production lines and during the production process, towards a sustainable success.
KIZUNA App (phase 1) was officially launched on September 19th, 2019 and is now available on Google Play and App Store. Currently, enterprises can use this app in English and Vietnamese, and in the future, KIZUNA will develop the app in Japanese and Korean. This is a modern tool, helping enterprises who are leasing workshops in KIZUNA Serviced Factory register the services in KIZUNA’s comprehensive support service ecosystem quickly anytime and anywhere. The service registration process is digitized, easy to use, helps enterprises save time and resources. In addition, the experience of using services on digital platform also ensures information transparency throughout the process of providing and using the services. Enterprises can evaluate services and receive feedback from KIZUNA visually.

Within 3 months from the date of launch, enterprises operating in KIZUNA Ready Serviced Factory will enjoy special privileges when registering to use services via KIZUNA App. In addition to using and registering service more easily and quickly than before, with this policy, enterprises can save operating costs and maintain their competitive advantages.
