• Establish and develop a high quality and efficiency HR department to meet the requirement of
tremendous development and rapid expansion of the company.
• Manage the whole HR department to ensure the HR department effectively serve for the needs of the entire organization.
• Lead organization-wide HR programs and initiatives such as salary review, manpower planning,
change management and performance management programs etc to improve the satisfaction of
• Calculate the salary every month and insure the salary to be paid timely, and individual tax
• Administration affairs such as assets management, administration reception…etc.
• Maintain a good relationship with the local government.
• Organize employee activities, establish company culture, improve employee satisfaction.
• Other tasks assigned by Plant Manager.
• Education Background： Human resource, Business Management and relavent major, bachelor degree or above.
• Experience: 5 years or above manufacturing factory HR or relative experience.
• Good communication skill and team work.
• Rich experience in human resource plan, recruitment, salary and compensation design,
performance assessment, training and changes management.
• Basic process and product knowledges.
• Good English in writing, speaking and reading skill, Mandarin speaking is a plus.
