2/ Mục đích: [Consultation & Implementation]Initial HR operation
'During the first 6 months of operation, if tenant has no person in charge of HR operation, KIZUNA can offer guidance & support service for the following HR tasks:
- Manage employee profiles (hard and soft copies)
- Prepare the Probationary Employment Contract, official Labor Contract, Employment Termination (excluding labor dispute settlement)
- Provide reports on any adjustments of SHUI policies & procedures related to the settlement of SHUI.
- Calculate for up to 10 employees (tenant is responsible for making relevant payments)
1) Payroll
2) Social Insurance, Healthcare Insurance, Unemployment Insurance (S.H.U.I)
3) Temporary monthly Personal Income Tax (PIT)
Remark(s):
- Excluding monthly PIT Report and Annual PIT Finalization.
- Duration of service: within the first 6 months of business operation.
- Once the service's duration expires, KIZUNA will hand over all necessary documents and on-going tasks to tenant's HR team with detailed instructions.
