Manufacturing enterprise is obligated by the Vietnam environmental law to prepare & submit the periodical Environmental Monitoring Report to the competent authorities. Frequency is based on the Environmental Protection level.

- Prepare the Environmental Monitoring Report & necessary documents
- Submit the application to the competent authorities on behalf of tenant & get the official approvals.
