3/ Chi tiết:

It is compulsory for enterprise to prepare the Labor Report & register it with the competent authority.

KIZUNA's scope of work:
- Provide consultation & prepare the application to register the initial Labor Report.
- Apply and receive confirmation from LAEZA.

Remark(s):
- Implementation deadline: must be reported to authority within the first 6 months of business operation.
- Duration of service: within 1 month from enterprise's first signed Labor Contract.
- After the initial Labor Report registration done by KIZUNA, tenant is responsible to register the following periodical Labor Report (every 6 month)
