After recruitment, it is compulsory for enterprise to carry out necessary procedures to register & obtain the Social Insurance, Healthcare Insurance, Unemployment Insurance (S.H.U.I) code for their enterprise (similar to Enterprise Tax code) to be able to pay compulsory S.H.U.I according to the law.

KIZUNA's scope of work:
- Prepare application to obtain the S.H.U.I code for tenant's enterprise.
- Submit application to the competent authority and get the results.
- Assist tenant to purchase iBHXH online service - online platform for S.H.U.I report (tenant is responsible for any actual cost related to purchasing the software and tokens)
- Instruct tenant on how to perform S.H.U.I report via iBHXH. KIZUNA will carry out the first online S.H.U.I report.

Remark(s):
- Implementation deadline: must make the S.H.U.I online report and pay S.H.U.I within 1 month from enterprise's first signed Labor Contract
- Duration of service: within 1 month from enterprise's first signed Labor Contract.
- If enterprise employs non-Vietnamese-citizen, an additional (S.H.U.I) code will be needed.
