Before starting the manufacturing operations, the enterprise must have its EPP setup & approved.
KIZUNA's scope of work:
- Provide consultation regarding the procedures related to the EPP.
- Prepare the application & necessary documents
- Act on behalf of the tenant to submit the application to the competent authorities & get the official approvals.
Remark(s):
- This is a one-time process for each investment project and must be done before starting a manufacturing operation.
- Once the EPP is approved, if the tenant changes the address or fails to start their manufacturing operation within 24 months, re-registration of EPP is needed
