Kizuna – The link between the Enterprises and the Can Giuoc Intermediate Vocational School
As a close partner with the Can Giuoc Intermediate Vocational School for many years, Kizuna has always served as a link between the school and the enterprises in the Kizuna Serviced Factory area.
Recruitment support
To support recruitment work of the enterprises, in one hand, Kizuna regularly sends their recruitment announcements to the school because of its abundant human resources and a wide variety of branches of work. On the other hand, Kizuna also transfers CVs (resumes) of students who are looking for jobs for the enterprises so that they can quickly recruit the best and most suitable candidates.
Job training connection
Kizuna regularly provides opportunities for final year undergraduate students of the school to practice and experience against the actual work environment in the enterprises. This is also a good opportunity for the enterprises because the main goal of the trainees is to achieve work experience, so they will do their best and perform the assigned tasks with their best efforts to enrich their capacity profile. Moreover, this is also an opportunity for the enterprises to find the exellent candidates from the time when they are at school and recruit them as official staff if the enterprises recognize the ability, endeavors and efforts of the trainees.
Training program organization
In addition to the recruitment, Kizuna also sends the training programs provided by the school to the enterprises to train, improve knowledge and skills for employees of enterprises. Typically, last year, the school has successfully implemented some soft skills training courses for Semitec Electronics Co., Ltd. – an investor at Kizuna 2 Serviced Factory area. And at the end of this August, Kizuna will coordinate with the school to organize annual training courses on Labor safety according to the law for employees of the enterprises in the area.
Joining the “Consulting – Recruitment Day in 2017”
On August 10th, Kizuna and many enterprises in the area have participated in the “Consulting – Recruitment Day in 2017” organized by Can Giuoc Intermediate Vocational School. This event has enabled the school’s students to meet recruiters and apply for positions suitable with their training majors. This was also a good opportunity for the enterprises to access to the human resources in Can Giuoc area and quickly recruited candidates that met their requirements.
At the consulting – recruitment day, the students have actively come to each recruitment desk of the enterprises to find information, fill in the application form and participate in direct interview. Some typical enterprises at the Kizuna Serviced Factory area participating in this event were Tabuchi Vietnam Co., Ltd.,Semitec Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd., Itswell Vina Co., Ltd., etc. Especially, Itswell Vina has also received some trainees from the school and they also expressed their wish to receive more students as well as to recruit more labors for their continually expanding and growing needs.
Kizuna hopes to continue to be a firm link between the students, the schools and the enterprises, and to help the enterprises in the area to have stable human resources with good capacity that meet the needs of their activities, thereby helping the company to develop stronger and stronger.
