5 things you can only find at KIZUNA’s 2-storied workshops
KIZUNA’s 2-storied workshop (Block Q) is divided into 5 workshops with the sizing varies from 3,000 - 4,000m2/each, all with the following advantageous characteristics:
1. The +1,1m workshop’s foundation, a heavy-duty concrete ramp in front of workshop and the wide canopy area in front of each workshop are very convenient for frequent truck loading and unloading. Especially, pipework or underground facilities can be installed under this foundation, so it is quite suitable for many special industries, food and beverage included.
2. The ground floor (GF) with loading capacity of 2ton/m2 with 2 designated area:
a. Area under upper-floor (UF) with clear-height of 5m, which can be utilized for specialized areas, including: controlled-temperature compartment, cleanroom, and so on; without spending extra cost to lower the ceiling.
b. Area connecting GF & UF in front of each workshop with clear-height of more than 5m, suitable for placement taller facilities or racking.
3. The upper floor (UF) with loading capacity of 0.5ton/m2, suitable for light assembly, light storage, office & lab area, showroom, and so on.
4. Each workshop of Block Q is equipped with a 1.5-ton cargo lift, one staircase inside of workshop, an external staircase in the back of workshop. All of which contribute to the ease of workflow within the workshop.
5. All the workshops are well-lit and well-ventilated, so it can help businesses save operating costs including costs for setting up lightning and air conditioning system, monthly electricity cost, etc.
